If you’re ready to talk but struggling to reach out, we understand. At Aliya’s Native American Program, we believe in meeting you where you are—on your terms. If you or a loved one is dealing with trauma, PTSD, or addiction, who needs help and wants us to reach out first, we’re happy to.
A simple message can be the first step toward real change. When you request a text back, our admissions team will reach out in a way that works best for you. That way, we’ll be to answer your questions, provide insight, or help you take that first step into treatment—without pressure or judgment.
Why Request a Text?
- Low barrier, low pressure – No need to speak if you’re not ready. Texting gives you time to think, respond in your own way.
- Private & Discreet – We honor your privacy and will respect any cultural practices you observe.
- Culturally-Sensitive Support – Our team understands how your heritage, community, and traditions matter in healing.
- Available When You Need It – We’ll text you when you asked, on your schedule.
- Safe Space to Start – You can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with.
Here’s How it Works:
- Fill out the short form with your name, phone number, and the best time to text.
- Tell us how you prefer to receive texts (e.g., regular messaging or via messenger apps).
- One of our Native-aware admissions or support staff will send a text at the time you selected.
- You can ask questions, ask for resources, or just say “hello.” There is no obligation.
Would you like to request a callback?
Request a text back at any hour, we are happy to reach out to help in any way that we can.
We invite you to connect with us confidentially via text to discuss how we can support you on your healing journey. Should you prefer to explore treatment options through text, one of our experienced admissions representatives will be pleased to reach out to you.
